At SwedishCandyWorld, we take pride in delivering authentic Swedish candy to customers around the world. Because we sell food products, our refund and return policy differs from stores selling non food items.
Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Food Products and Final Sale
All candy and edible items sold by SwedishCandyWorld are considered final sale.
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that all customers receive products that have been safely handled and stored.
For this reason, we do not accept returns of candy or other edible goods.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include the following information:
Your order number
A clear photo of the product received
A photo of the shipping packaging and label
Once we review the information, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
3. Missing Items
If an item appears to be missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours after the package has been delivered.
Our team will review the order details and packing records. If a missing item is confirmed, we will either send the missing product or issue a refund for that item.
4. Candy Condition During Shipping
Swedish candy is a food product and may naturally change shape or texture during shipping.
For example, candy may become softer, harder, or compressed during transport. Chocolate may soften when shipped to warmer climates.
These natural changes do not affect the safety or taste of the product and do not qualify as damage.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that transportation and temperature conditions may affect the appearance or texture of candy.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non refundable.
If a refund is approved, only the value of the product will be refunded unless otherwise determined by our support team.
7. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the shipment, the courier may return the package to us.
In these situations, customers may choose one of the following options:
Pay a new shipping fee for reshipment
Receive a refund for the products excluding the original shipping cost
8. Lost Packages
If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Carrier investigations may take several days to complete before a final resolution is provided.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout.
Please make sure that product selections, quantities, and shipping details are correct.
SwedishCandyWorld cannot be responsible for orders placed with incorrect product selections or incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute.
Many issues can be resolved quickly through customer support.
If a chargeback or dispute is opened for an order that was successfully delivered, shipping confirmation and delivery records may be provided to the payment provider during the dispute review process.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, SwedishCandyWorld reserves the right to review and cancel orders that appear suspicious or high risk.
Orders flagged by our payment processor or containing incomplete shipping information may require additional verification before shipment.
